All restaurants offer a balcony or terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and seat between 90 and 200 diners. In the Palace, the elegant and award-winning Tuğra Restaurant specialises in traditional Ottoman cuisine – a balcony is open during summer months. In the Hotel, Laledan Restaurant serves a rich,organic breakfast buffet and Sunday Brunch. Gazebo Lounge serves continental breakfast, international cuisine for lunch and dinner and a sumptuous afternoon tea. In addition to three restaurants, Çırağan Bosphorus Barbeque serves grilled specialities right by the Bosphorus along with DJ music and live violin and saxophone performance during summer months. The Çırağan Bar with traditional English-style is open daily from 18 pm to 2 am from October to April.
