Michelin-star Executive Chef, Olivier Chaleil, leads the culinary race in Istanbul, introducing Turkish fusion to the city and developing modern cutting edge menus to complement ancient Ottoman cuisine.
All restaurants offer a balcony or terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and seat between 90 and 200 diners. In the Palace, the elegant and award-winning Tuğra Restaurant specialises in traditional Ottoman cuisine – a balcony is open during summer months. In the Hotel, Laledan Restaurant serves a rich,organic breakfast buffet and Sunday Brunch. Gazebo Lounge serves continental breakfast, international cuisine for lunch and dinner and a sumptuous afternoon tea. In addition to three restaurants, Çırağan Bosphorus Barbeque serves grilled specialities right by the Bosphorus along with DJ music and live violin and saxophone performance during summer months. The Çırağan Bar with traditional English-style is open daily from 18 pm to 2 am from October to April. Well ventilated Le Fumoir located in the lush green gardens of Çırağan Palace is open throughout the year and serves premium cognacs and whiskies, a fine selection of wines and champagnes and enticing cocktails.
Shopping Arcade, Business Centre, Çırağan Palace Kempinski SPA managed by Sanitas, total of newly renovated 20 function rooms which can cater for all events ranging from 10 to 1000 delegates, transfer alternatives with limousine, luxurious van, helicopter and boat are the other special services and facilities.
